Foghorn Leghorn is a character in Looney Tunes. He is a white rooster who speaks with a Southern accent. He first appeared in the Henry Hawk cartoon, "Walky Talky Hawky". He and the Daffy Duck both vie as the most popular character associated with director Robert McKimson.
